Five words tell your listener how often. എപ്പോഴും is always, പലപ്പോഴും is often, ചിലപ്പോൾ is sometimes, ഇടയ്ക്ക് is now and then, and ഒരിക്കൽ is once, on one occasion. None of them takes a case ending — they are finished words, and they normally sit just before the verb or right at the head of the sentence.

For a habit, Malayalam reaches for the -ഉം future you already know. ഞാൻ എപ്പോഴും രാവിലെ ചായ കുടിക്കും is not about tomorrow at all — it is what you do every day. Compare ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ചായ കുടിക്കുന്നു, which is only this moment. The frequency word is what tips your listener off, so put it in early.

One more useful thing: ചിലപ്പോൾ carries a second sense, perhaps — ചിലപ്പോൾ അവർ നാളെ വരും usually means 'maybe they will come tomorrow' rather than 'sometimes they come tomorrow', and the context tells you which.
